Gungho is a completely different sort of telemarketing company.
Our team has revolutionised the field of business-to-business
(B2B) telemarketing. Scripts have never
been on our radar. Nor has a call centre
approach. We only do B2B and we don't
do inbound. As a boutique-style telemarketing agency we're only
involved in carefully selected campaigns
selling complex products and services.
We enjoy working with those where we
feel we can make a difference.
Based in the South Coast of England and launched
by Lucy Erskine in 2007, Gungho Marketing
was named after our uniquely enthusiastic
and dedicated approach to telemarketing.
Through first-rate training, innovative
technology, expert staff, and above
all, a client-focused approach, we have
grown into an industry-beating B2B telemarketing
team with world class clients.

Lucy Erskine - CEO
Since founding Gungho in 2007, Lucy's
expertise, campaign management skills
and deep industry knowledge have been
consistently proven to accelerate sales
pipelines significantly.
Graduating from University College
London with a degree in Anthropology
and Geography, Lucy spent 15 incredibly
successful years in IT and telecoms,
focusing on field sales for VC and start-up
companies, and large international enterprises.
Her passion is working with start-ups,
where she feels she can add most value
and make a real contribution to their
growth and success.
Hannah Robertson - Campaign Director
After a successful 12-year career working
for financial services firms, asset
managers and banks, Hannah moved to
the West Country to join Gungho in 2010,
heading up our campaign management team.
Hannah has been a leading contributor
to the ongoing enhancement of the Gungho
methodology. She works closely with
clients to implement best-practice strategies,
helping to ensure significant increases
in their opportunity pipeline and helping
many clients substantially grow their
global revenues.
When Hannah is not working, you'll
find her down on the beach, or in vintage
and antique markets!
Sam Wait - Business Discovery Agent
Sam joined Gungho in 2010, bringing
a wealth of experience from his 20 years
in sales and general management, where
he managed lead generation processes
for European software businesses.
His particular strengths are in establishing
and executing market lead generation
strategies across different verticals,
geographies and strategic alliances
or partners.
Sam is a keen sea-swimmer, cyclist
and marathon runner, and puts us all
to shame with his habit of competing
in Iron Man competitions!
Jerry Childs -Business Discovery Agent
After spending 30 years with the Metropolitan
Police, Jerry joined Gungho in 2009
to manage client campaigns where deep
industry knowledge of financial crime
and anti-money laundering is required.
Having the skills and tenacity of a
former detective is really useful for
uncovering new business opportunities
and leads. By distilling complex solutions
into focused business messages, Jerry
has been able to consistently engage
with C-Level execs at major companies
across EMEA, accelerating the sales
pipeline for our client campaigns.
Jerry is an avid Arsenal supporter
and keen gardener.
Hannah Harling -Business Discovery
Agent
A team player who operates with integrity,
intellect and hard work, Hannah has
been with Gungho since 2008. She lived
and worked in the USA for over 20 years
and uses her extensive experience in
international sales and marketing to
generate strong leads which increase
the opportunity pipeline and associated
sales revenues.
Hannah works closely with sales teams
to generate well qualified appointments
and is particularly adept at building
rapport with prospects. She has an enviable
knack for breaking through the gatekeepers.
Prospects are often saddened to hear
that she won't be attending the meeting
herself!
Hannah enjoys the music, arts and cultural
scene of West Dorset.
Carol Breuer - Business Discovery
Agent
Carol brings over 30 years of sales
and marketing experience to the Gungho
team.
Based in our Hamburg office, Carol is
responsible for growth of the Gungho
proposition into German and Scandinavian
markets. A fluent German speaker, Carol
manages our client campaigns that require
a 'native' when tackling the German,
Swiss, Austrian and Eastern European
markets. Carol has consistently built
the sales pipelines for many of our
clients across this region.
Carol leads a double life, splitting
her time between Germany and the UK
with her RV and two dogs in tow!
