The brief
We'll work closely with your sales and marketing team to determine a clear and coherent brief before we start. There's a lot of ground to cover so we'll have plenty of questions for you:
- What are you trying to sell? To which industry, and where?
- Why do they need your product or service?
- Who in the organisation would be buying it?
- What challenge does your product or service address, and how does it overcome this challenge?
- Who are your competitors - and what makes you better?
- What messages work well with your target audience? And what would capture their attention most quickly in a conversation?
- What objections are we likely to receive?
- What are we trying to achieve on each call â an increase in sales revenues? To drive numbers to a conference or briefing? Or to qualify contact information?
- How will you be measuring the effectiveness of telemarketing?
The data
The key to monitoring the effectiveness of telemarketing will be to have the data in a system where you can easily measure results, capture information relating to our discussion and assess the progress of the campaign.
