What is telemarking?
Strictly speaking, telemarketing is using telecommunications to develop business. But at Gungho we think it should be more about an ongoing process of discovery. We don't just talk to potential buyers about what our clients can offer them; we draw them into meaningful dialogue about what they actually need. We spend time looking through the layers of an organisation, looking for the key decision maker, the movers and shakers.

How do can you understand the context of our complex solutions and our company?
Because we ask you to consider us as your 'in-house' telemarketing team, we ensure that considerable time is given at the outset to provide and equip us with relevant knowledge. We'll train our staff to know pretty much everything about your company - your people, products, services, the customers, the partners and your competitors.

This is an ongoing process that continues throughout the life cycle of our campaigns. As you enter into new markets, develop new products, solutions and services, you'll want to make sure we're kept up-to-date on all that you do.

Do you use scripts?
No, we don't! Although much of our work requires us to ask particular questions, we weave this content into our intelligent dialogue on every call we make. Our people are wonderful communicators - mature, intuitive and responsive!

Do you do inbound?
Sorry, no! Our focus is on outbound B2B telemarketing.
