The challenge for Gungho

After using several other telemarketing agencies - with disappointing results - Flexiant was looking for a telemarketing agency who really understood its complex proposition. Getting to grips with the technology and creating the right pitch was a considerably difficult task to accomplish.

Gungho was engaged in February 2011 to assist the European sales team in building its opportunity pipeline and making qualified appointments across the Cloud market. Within a short timeframe, Gungho were able to identify new business opportunities in the UK and Europe - igniting the sales process and filling the sales people's diaries.

The outcome

Gungho quickly got to grips with Flexiant's market audience and its challenges, and using expert business analysis skills was able to build a highly focused list of contacts and companies. Flexiant’s market audience is both a technical and commercial one, and Gungho was able to bridge both these audiences and pitch a complex proposition to both commercial and technical job titles.
