At Gungho we know the best way to ensure quality is through employing mature, intelligent business discovery agents who take pride in their work.
The Gungho team
Our staff work with a wide range of clients and we trust them to be versatile, quick-thinking and highly skilled. Current campaigns involve complex products and services in the IT and Compliance and Risk industry, selling a range of solutions between £5K and £1million+.
We expect each agent to find on average one highly qualified lead each day. To do this, we work at senior management level to identify projects and new business opportunities, find potential partners and determine who you should be talking to in the organisation. All our staff are trained and mentored to improve their technique on an ongoing basis so we are delivering the best service to our clients.
What we're not interested in is inexperienced, commission-only staff who just read off a script and will do anything just to get an appointment. All our agents are paid on a flat daily rate, with a very small percentage being a bonus. We feel that this fosters the right approach and attitude to finding the ideal leads for your business.
Our relationship with you
We want you to feel like we are your in-house telemarketing team - not an outsourced contractor.
Each agent is dedicated to a particular client and will work exclusively with you and your sales team to deliver on the brief. You'll be updated every day with feedback from your target audience, so you know what messages are working (and what's not working). Creating a flow of dialogue helps us fine tune the pitch even further.
All our leads are properly qualified before they come across to you - we are simply not prepared to pass over sloppy leads that waste your time. Our benchmark is to get you valuable appointments, the ones which really will make a difference to your sales funnel and help you hit that revenue target.
